Founder & Executive Director
Malika Williams is the Founder and Executive Director of The L.I.V.E. Outreach, committed to transforming outcomes for youth and families in underserved communities through mentorship, education, and access to critical resources. She is also the author of "I'm Just Trying to L.I.V.E."
Sarah Eggert-Cichocki
Board President
Sarah is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment. Originally from Madison Heights, MI, just outside of Detroit, she serves on the Youth Advisory Committee and as Board President for L.I.V.E. Outreach.
Elysha Palazzola
Youth Director
Elysha Palazzola serves as Youth Director for The L.I.V.E. Outreach, bringing a strong passion for mentorship, youth development, and program coordination to the organization's mission.
