Toiletry Drive

What It Is

Through our Toiletry Drive, we collect essential hygiene products including soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, lotion, and other basic personal care items. All donations are carefully sorted and assembled into age-appropriate kits for recipients ranging from infants to teenagers. These kits are then distributed to youth and families facing resource insecurity, ensuring dignity, cleanliness, and improved overall well-being.

How It Works

We partner with churches, schools, and local businesses in the Detroit area to run collection drives. Donated items come in, our volunteers sort and package them into age-appropriate kits, and we distribute the kits through schools, community organizations, and directly to families. We also buy in bulk when we have the funds, which stretches donations further.

A kit for a young child looks different from one for a teenager. We sort everything by age group so kids get products that are actually useful to them.

How to Help

• Give financially: Donate online so we can buy supplies in bulk.
• Volunteer: Help us sort, package, and hand out kits at events in Detroit.
• Host a drive: Organize a collection at your workplace, school, or church. We can help you set it up.
