Join The L.I.V.E. Outreach on Friday, July 11, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Brookins Park for a free, interactive nutrition education workshop led by Michigan State University (MSU) Extension.

Participants will learn practical ways to make healthier food choices, understand basic nutrition, read food labels, and discover simple habits that support lifelong wellness. This hands-on session is designed to be engaging, educational, and fun for youth and families alike.
